Best Vanilla Cupcakes

150g softened butter
2/3 c sugar
¾ c self raising flour
3 beaten eggs
½ - 1 tsp vanilla essence
Place all ingredients into a bowl and beat until smooth. Spoon into cupcake cases/tins and bake for 20 minutes @ 180C (not fanbake).
