Tuaupiki Christmas Glazed Ham
½ tin apricots in juice
½ c brown sugar
1 small tsp minced ginger
1 ham
Remove ham skin and score the fat. Puree other ingredients, glaze and bake @ 180C for 45 minutes, basting every 10 minutes.
