Kedgeree

200g tinned salmon
3 c cooked rice
3 hardboiled eggs, chopped
2 T lemon juice
1 medium onion, diced and microwaved for 2 minutes in 1 T butter
30g butter, chopped
1 1/2 c cream
Combine all ingredients except butter and cream. Dot with butter and pour over cream. Bake 20 minutes @ 180C.
