Serve these with Broccoli and Mushroom Pasta
3 pork chops - snip skin
fresh breadcrumbs - made from 5 pieces of bread, pulsed in blender
50g butter, melted
1 tsp mustard
Combine butter and mustard, brush onto chops. Coat with crumbs, pressing on firmly. Bake on rack @ 200C for 40-50 minutes, turning once.
