Broccoli and Avocado Salad

1/3 head of broccoli, cut into small pieces
1 avocado, cubed
50g (unshelled weight) pistachio nuts, shelled
Dressing
1 T lime juice
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sugar
3 T canola oil
½ tsp grainy mustard
Mix all dressing ingredients, pour over salad and stir.
